Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent 1, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 506(i), 354 of IPC @ Sections 294(b), 323, 342, 313, 511, 506(i) of IPC r/w. Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998, in Crime No.65 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for a period of 20 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
