ORDER

The present revision petition has been listed under the caption "for withdrawal" based upon the letter given by the party as well as by the counsel. As per the counsel's letter, in view of the transfer order passed by the learned Principal District Judge in Tr.O.P.No.18 of 23, now they are withdrawing the civil revision petition. It is also stated in the said letter that the learned Principal District Judge has directed the transferee Court to dispose of the E.P within a period of two months from the date of transfer. The learned III Additional District Judge,Tiruchirappalli is directed to strictly comply with the order passed in the Tr.O.P.No.18 of 2023.

2. With the said observation, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
