ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 10.11.2025, conduct an enquiry, and pass appropriate orders within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the subject property is ancestral in nature and that the petitioner, after the demise of her mother, inherited the same and continues to be in possession and enjoyment thereof. Though the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents seeking separate Patta, no action has been taken till date, compelling the petitioner to file the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that in the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to work out their remedies before the Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
