This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that neither any complaint nor any case is

pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and the second respondent is neither harassing the petitioner nor interested in harassing the petitioner whatsoever.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.
