ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct a fair investigation and also file a final report in Crime No.4 of 2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the third respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 04.03.2018, no final report is filed till date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the

respondents submitted that the third respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four weeks. 5.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
