ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J] This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the third respondent seeking custody of two years old son, who is in the hands of the third respondent.

3.We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent. We have also perused the records carefully.

4.On an earlier occastion, the child was produced, when the third respondent appeared before this Court and both of them wanted time to negotiate between themselves. Today, the petitioner/wife has stated that she has joined with the third respondent and both of them are going to live together.

5.Recording the statement of the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
