This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to give suitable direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members at the instigation of the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2023 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed.
