PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to impugned Rejection order dated 13.01.2026 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to declare the petitioner as successful bidder in respect of the e-tender notification No.1/2025-26 dated 23.12.2025 of the 4th respondent in so far as the work order in serial Nos.1 and 7 is concerned.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the 4th respondent on 13.01.2026 wherein the technical bid of the petitoiner has been cancelled.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd and the 4th respondents brought to the notice of the Court that the tender notification itself has been cancelled on 22.01.2026 and therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
