for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNS, 2023 r/w. Section 21(4) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.916 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD). No. 21845 of 2024 was dismissed by order dated 12.12.2024 and there are no change in circumstances to entertain this anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed accordingly.
