********* (Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYNARAYANA,J) This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to re-arrange the voters list in respect of voters in Petchiyamman Padithurai to Ward No.50 instead of Ward No.51 on the basis of Petitioner's representation, dated 20.01.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.In this regard, already, the Petitioner has sent a complaint to the Election Commissioner and the Election Commissioner in proceedings in O.Mu.551/2022/Pu.Bi, dated 25.01.2022, had requested the District Collector/the second respondent herein to consider the representation and complaint of the Writ Petitioner and communicate it to him.

4.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that it is suffice to give a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation and pass appropriate orders. 5.Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 20.01.2022 and dispose of the same,after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the Petitioner herein and others concerned, if any, on meris and in accordance with law.

6.With the above direction,the Writ Petition stands disposed of.No costs.
