ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 420, 468 and 471 of I.P.C. in Crime No.33 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the Divisional Manager of Papanasam Branch, IDFC First Bharat-LTD Company, whereas, the petitioner had been worked as ABOM with the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.2221 of 2022 said branch from 01.06.2021 onwards. During such time, the petitioner had cheated to the tune of Rs.8,38,338/- from the bank by using 17 dubious persons and received the said amount. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.It is seen that the petitioner had cheated to the tune of Rs.8,38,338/- from the bank by using 17 dubious persons and received the said amount. Therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case. 5.Taking note of the serious allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
