ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give suitable direction to the second respondent to give necessary protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 19.09.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the police protection sought for was granted already. He further submitted that the complaint would disclose that the matter is a civil dispute between the family https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

members. In the last occasion the matter was referred to mediation centre and that was also failed.

4. Recording the above said submission, this petition is dismissed.
