ORDER

The petitioner, who is the wife of the respondent / husband has filed this petition to transfer the IDOP.No.311 of 2021 from the file of learned Additional District Judge, Tenkasi to the learned Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar, since she is working at Chennai. Except no other allegations have been mentioned in the Transfer CMP.

2. If the petitioner is residing at Chennai, the travelling time from Chennai to Thenkasi and Chennai to Virudhunagar are not very much different. Further, the case is pending before the Additional District Judge, Tenkasi, the petitioner can very well appear through her Advocate.

3. So, without any proper reason this Court is not inclined to allow this Transfer CMP and accordingly, the Transfer CMP is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
