ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant is none other than the father of the petitioner and he kidnapped his own mother along with property. It is further submitted that the de-facto complainant has preferred a petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate and the same was forwarded to the respondent police under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., on 27.08.2015.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that neither a case registered nor https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
