Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.97 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly for a period of 17 weeks.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
