[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu for production of his son Ayyappan, Son of Chandiran, aged 32 years before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Nearly one month has elapsed, since the date of missing of the detenu. It appears that a petition and enquiry is pending

before the Railway Police in the State of Maharashtra. The respondent has already registered a case in Cr.No.22 of 2018 on 01.05.2018 for 'Man Missing'.

3. In those circumstances, we are not inclined to keep this matter any longer, since the investigation is pending. However, we direct the second respondent to make verification with respect to the cases filed under Section 174 Cr.P.C in all the States with specific reference Police Station enrouted from Maharashtra to State of Tamil Nadu. Hence, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed.
