ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and her family members for their life and limbs by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2023.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.100 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a money dispute between the parties. During the course of enquiry, the parties appeared before the enquiry officer and they have given undertaking that they will settle the issue through the civil process. Based upon that undertaking, it was closed. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
