It is seen from the records that this Court has ordered paper publication vide order dated 27.01.2026 and posted to 23.02.2026. But the publication came to be effected on 13.02.2026. Hence, service held not sufficient.

2. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to effect fresh paper publication for the respondents 5 and 6 in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar in Madurai Edition, by duly indicating the next date of hearing as 23.03.2026. The paper publication shall be effected on or before 13.03.2026.

3. Post the matter on 23.03.2026.
