ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner wants electricity connection for the petition mentioned house. The petitioner is presently residing therein. The petitioner undertakes to furnish an indemnity bond as per Regulation 27 of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Code. On furnishing of such indemnity bond, the respondent shall provide electricity service connection to the petitioner's petition mentioned home without any delay.
