Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India praying this Court, to direct Learned IV Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.1243 of 2015 within the time frame as may be fixed by this Honble Court . ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Mahaleer Neethimandram, Tiruchirappalli, Vacation Sessions Judge, Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli vide in letter D.No.4578/HC(J)/2022, dated 17.05.2022, this Court made the following order:

The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, sent a letter dated 05.05.2022, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of O.S.No.1243 of 2015, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 07.02.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 05.05.2022, a further time of two months is granted from today to dispose of O.S.No.1243 of 2015.
