ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned rejection order dated 19.03.2025 passed by the second respondent and consequently, direct the respondents to conduct survey in the petitioner's property in Survey No.455/3B with an extent of 51.36 ares situated at Thimmarasanaickanur Bit-I Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the subject property is full of bushes and that, after clearing the bushes and making an appropriate application, proper steps would be taken to survey and demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after clearing the bushes, the petitioner will file a fresh application along with the relevant documents.

5. In the event of filing such a fresh application, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
