ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) of IPC r/w. Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.28 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the name of the petitioner was deleted from the Charge Sheet.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
