ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to give permission for Black God Drama based on the representation dated 08.01.2026.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

submitted there are two groups who are seeking to conduct drama / Aadal Paadal on the same date, at the same place, at the same timing. Hence, the respondents are apprehending law and order problem.

3.The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation as well as the rival group's representation and may grant permission for both in different places, on different dates and different timings.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
