ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A4 to A7, A10 to A13, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.327 of 2018 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners were absent during the trial in S.C.No.327 of 2018 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued on 10.03.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.1937 of 2021 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the II Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
