Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the second respondent is dispensed with. 2.The occurrence had taken place in March 2019. The case is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vallioor in C.C.No.231 of 2021. The case is of very recent vintage. I am not fully acquainted with the work load of the Court. At the same time, the reason for filing of this petition appears to be that the petitioner is aged hardly 20 years and therefore, pendency of criminal case would affect his life and career. I therefore, request the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vallioor to give a speedy disposal to this case.
