ORDER
The petitioner has moved this petition to quash the FIR in Cr.No.228 of 2015 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police, which was filed for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 294B, 506(i) of IPC and Sections 7 and 8 of the Proctection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police. 3.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the final report has been laid in this case on 28.08.2017, but, it is not yet taken on file.

4.Since the final report stated to have been filed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if there are grounds, in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
