: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenues, the petitioner's daughter-in-law, namely, Rajeswari, W/o.Late Suresh, aged about 27 years, grandson namely, Rohith, S/o.Late Suresh, aged about 7 years, and grand daughter, namely, Asmitha, D/o.Late Suresh, aged about 4 years, before this Court and set them at liberty.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner has moved the present Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of his daughter-in-law and her two minor children.
2. The second respondent, having obtained her contact number from her mother, has informed the first detenu and accordingly, the first detenu is present before this Court along with the minor children. On enquiry, she informs that her first husband died in the year 2015. She further informs that she has entered upon a second marriage and is accompanied by her husband, namely, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
M.Jayaprathaban, S/o.Mayan. She also informs that she is now living a happy matrimonial life in the company of her husband and the minor children and that she has not been detained by anybody.
3. Recording the above position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
