Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for respondents 1 to 4.
2.The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation.
3. I am of the view that interest of justice will be met, if the Jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police, namely, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P(MD)No.1932 of 2022 second respondent herein monitors the investigation and vets the final report before it is filed. The fourth respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
