ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the second respondent to take appropriate action and disposed of the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.1420 dated 13.12.2025 .
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police had issued summons to the petitioner to appear before them. The petitioner appeared once before the respondent police, but thereafter did not appear. Therefore, the respondent police were unable to proceed further and have closed the complaint.
3. Considering the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 04.02.2026 and submit all particulars. The second respondent police shall consider the allegation of assault committed by the defacto complainant and if not, the money transaction.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
