This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to transfer the investigation in Crime No.237 of 2014 which is pending on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation has been completed in this case and a final report is yet to be filed. 3.At this stage, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court and the same stands dismissed. However, the second respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
