Respondents Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the petitioner's daughter Kowsalya, female D/o.Murugan, aged about 17 years before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala,J.,) The petitioner is the father of the detenu. Alleging that the detenu, namely, Kowsalya, aged 17 years was found missing from 29.01.2018 and since her whereabouts was not known, even after the complaint to the respondent police, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu has been produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor through the respondent police.

3.On being enquired the detenu, she expressed her willingness to go along with her father/petitioner herein. The petitioner/father, who is present before this Court, undertakes to take the custody of the detenu.

4.Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
