2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly for a period of 47 days.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
