PRAYER :- for bail in Crime No. 130 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2019 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 302 of I.P.C. r/w. Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Women Act in Crime No.130 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the petitioner has been detained as Goonda. Therefore, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
