To extend the time limit for execution of sureties passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9851 of 2016 dated 13-07-2016 Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIRUVADIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in all the petitions the court made the following order:- Anticipatory bail was granted in Crl.OP(MD)No.9847 to 9851 of 2016 as per order dated 13.07.2016 directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the order copy. Thereafter, the petitioners herein moved before this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.

16859 to 16863 of 2016 for anticipatory bail for second time, which were dismissed by this Court as per order dated 23.09.2016 granting extension of time for a period of two weeks from that day for compliance of the order made in Crl.OP(MD).Nos.9847 to 9851 of 2016 modifying the condition to the effect that the surety is to be produced by the petitioners shall be common in all such cases. Then the present petitioners filed extension of time petitions in Crl.MP(MD)Nos.12455 to 12459 of 2016 in Crl.OP(MD)NOs.16859 to 16863 of 2016 and the said petitions were dismissed as withdrawn by this Court as per order dated 21.02.2016. Since the Crl.OP(MD)Nos.16859 to 16863 of 2016 were dismissed by this Court, the present petitions are filed in Crl.MP (MD)NO.1087 to 1091 of 2017 seeking extension of time. The present petitions are filed on 10.01.

2017 before this Court. The petitioners failed to appear within the time stipulated by this Court as per order dated 23.09.2016. Hence these petitions are filed with a delay of one week.

2. Considering the above facts and circumstances and also the reasons for extension of time, these petitions are ordered and the time is extended by 10 days to execute the sureties, on payment of Rs.300/- in each petition to the District Legal Services authority, Thanjavur District.
