PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to accord approval for the petitioner's appointment as Physical Education Teacher (PET) in the fifth respondent School with effect from the petitioner's date of appointment (10.08.2019) in the light of the sanction order issued by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 086652/D2/E3/2017, dated ... 11.2018 and release grant in aid by considering the proposal dated 19.08.2019 submitted by the fifth respondent school and the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Physical Education Teacher working in the fifth respondent School seeking a Mandamus as against the third respondent to grant approval of his appointment. 2/5

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner was appointed as Physical Education Teacher on 10.08.2019 and the Management has forwarded the proposal to the fourth respondent on 19.08.2019. So far the fourth respondent neither returned nor forwarded the same to the third respondent for his approval. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

Considering the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to consider the proposal of the fifth respondent Management and if it is otherwise in order shall forward the same to the third respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the proposal from the fourth respondent, the third respondent shall pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 3/5

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
