PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action against the respondents 5 to 7 based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 and 19.12.2025 in accordance with law.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action against the respondents 5 to 7 based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 and 19.12.2025 in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the respondents 4 and 8 and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

3.On perusal of the complaint, since the issue relates to the offering of Parivattam and Nattanamai, the matter is referred to the RDO. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Manapparai Taluk, Srirangam, Trichy District is suo impleaded as eighth respondent in this petition. 4.Therefore, the newly impleaded eighth respondent/RDO is directed to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 5 to 7 and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. In case any disputed questions of fact arise and the matter cannot be resolved, the parties are directed to approach the concerned civil Court.

5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
