Public Prosecutor for Respondents 1 and 2, this court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12475 of 2017, dated 21.09.2017.
2. This Court by an order dated 21.09.2017, directed the petitioners to surrender before the learned Principal Session Judgecum-Special Judge, PCR Court, Theni District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, to consider the bail application filed by the petitioners in connection with Crime No.199 of 2017.
3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the petition and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and the time granted earlier in the order 21.09.2017 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12475 of 2017 is extended by another period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly.
