[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the sister of the detenu for production of her brother namely Pandi, S/o.Veeranan Muppan, aged 43 years before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty.

3. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus

petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent to proceed with the investigation.
