This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.M.P.No.990 of 2012, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the entire trial proceedings has been completed and the trial Court is posted the matter for arguments on 23.10.2018.
