ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] This petition has been filed by the father of the detenue seeking direction to the respondents to produce the person or body of his daughter namely Indu, D/o.Palani, aged about 21 years. 2.When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration on 02.03.2018, as there was a possibility of settlement between the parties, the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court for conciliation.
3.Today, the mediation report has been received and as per the mediation report, the detenue has agreed to go along with her parents and that the parents have also given an undertaking to take back their daughter.

4.Recording the statements of the detenu and her parents, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed and as the detenu is a major, she is set at liberty.
