ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 apprehending arrest for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 506(i) and 120(b) I.P.C, in Crime No.19 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that this Court by an earlier order dated 09.08.2021 directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for investigation. However, the petitioner has been arrested in connection with another case in Crime No.70 of 2021 on the file of CCB, Chennai for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468 r/w 34 I.P.C, and remanded to judicial custody on 10.08.2021. CRL OP(MD)No.2052 of 2021 further submits that since the petitioner was already arrested in Crime No.70 of 2021, he was remanded in this case in P.T.Warrant on 22.08.2021.
