ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for speedy trial of the case in STC No.419/2022 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, Tenkasi District.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed in this petition, notice to R2 is dispensed with.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, Tenkasi District is directed to dispose of the case in STC No.419/2022 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
