ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is an accused No.2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC, in Crime No.43 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.According to the prosecution, the accused have trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant by breaking open the house and committed theft of TV, CD player, Cell phone worth of Rs.40,000/-.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated by the confession of the first accused. He further submitted that the entire properties have been recovered from A1. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is having two previous cases similar in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Considering the facts, this Court is not inclined to grant

anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, this petition is dismissed.
