ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] This petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue, seeking custody of his wife, namely namely Meenalosani, W/o.Senthilkumar, aged about 35 years, and set her at liberty. 2.We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. We have also perused the records carefully.

3.Today, the petitioner/husband and the detenue/wife are present. It is stated that the elder son is with the husband and the younger son is with the wife and the wife/detenue would state that she did not want to accompany with the husband, as she is apprehending some danger at the hands of the husband and she wanted to continue to be in the custody of the parents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the statement of the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed and as the detenue is a major, she is set at liberty.
