Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records performing to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.10832/2021/MCA 5, dated 07.01.2022 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, renew the respondent's license in accordance with law.

*********** On the last hearing date on 02.02.2022, this Court recorded the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, in view of the fact that the petitioner has already vacated the shop, which is the subject matter of the writ petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions with regard to the same.

3.Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to inform this Court as to whether the petitioner has vacated the shop and as to whether anything survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Sufficient time has been granted to the petitioner to get instructions, but the same has not been done so till date. Therefore, this Court will have to necessarily accept the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the matter has now become infructuous.

W.P.[MD]No.1995 of 2022 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
