ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 15.11.2019 in W.P. (MD)No. 21235 of 2018.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.21235 of 2018, dated 15.11.2019 has been complied with. In this regard, the letter addressed by the Tashildar, Kamuthi dated 07.11.2023 along with the photographs has been produced.

3.In view of the fact that the encroachments have already been removed, no further adjudication is required to be undertaken in this petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
