ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Cr.No.396 of 2021 dated o5.09.2021 on the file of the respondent and quash the same against the petitioner. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent Police after completing the investigation filed the final report in E.Filing No.8301 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
