RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Condone the delay of 664 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the 30.10.2014 made in HMOP No.175 of 2010 on the file of Family Court, Madurai and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.

PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.ATHIMOOLA PANDIAN, Learned Counsel on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 664 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order dated 30.10.2014 made in H.M.O.P.No.175 of 2010,on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

Heard Mr.V.Pandiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Athimoolapandian, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the records.

3. The respondent has no serious objection.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned

and this petition is allowed on the payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- to the learned counsel for the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this application shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.
