: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records on the file of the second respondent in Detention Order No.12/BCDFGISSSV/2018 and set-aside the order of detention passed therein dated 05.02.2018 direct the respondents to produce the detenu by name Veerasubbu son of Kutti @ Kuttimurugan, male aged 34 years before this Court, now detained at Central Prison, Madurai and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed in Detention Order No.12/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 05.02.2018 by the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the advisory board has
found sufficient grounds for revocation of the Detention Order of Veerasubbu, the son of the petitioner herein and the Advisory Board had recommended for revocation of the order of detention dated 05.02.2018. Accordingly, the Government itself has revoked the orders of detention by the order in G.O.Rt.No.937, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XI) Department, dated 12.02.2018. He has also produced the copy of the said Government Order.
3. In view of the order of revocation already passed, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as no further order is necessary. The above Government Order shall form part of this order.
