ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.398 of 2015 dated 11.08.2015 and file the final report within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case was closed as mistake of fact and referred charge sheet was also laid on 11.08.2015. He also fairly submits that no notice was served on the petitioner regarding the same.
4. Since the case has been referred, the petitioner is now directed to work out his remedies before the concerned Magistrate Court as per law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
